We are aware that Personal Training in a busy gym environment is not for everyone, at Metro Personal Training we offer sessions in a one to one environment where there is only you and the trainer. This gives you the chance to train without feeling self conscious.

We know that Personal Training is not just about having someone with you in the gym, it is about having someone guiding you through your entire programme of health and fitness development, which includes your training inside and outside of the gym, your diet, your lifestyle and all support services to ensure that you are in full health.

We devise exercise programmes that are designed specifically for you. Your input is highly important with this as we not only want you to meet your goals but also to enjoy the sessions.

Our Personal Trainer is highly qualified with a diploma in Personal Training, Sports Massage and Nutrition. He has been part of the team at Metro Physio for several years now. He enjoys meeting new people and helping them turn lives in a new direction – whether it is helping them lose weight, de-stress, gain improved fitness or all the above.

We have the latest gym equipment available including running machine, cross trainer, free weights and various machine weights. All this along with ample free parking on site for all of our clients.
